Conduct cost analysis and budgeting **Job Title: Estimator – Interior Fit\-Out** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 4,000 – QAR 6,000 (Based on experience) **Availability:** Locally available candidates only (Immediate joining preferred) **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled **Estimator** with experience in **interior fit\-out projects** to join our team in Doha. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting project planning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare **cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents** for interior fit\-out projects * Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations * Conduct **cost analysis and budgeting** * Assist in tender submissions and project proposals * Monitor project costs and variations **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in interior fit\-out estimation * Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, and fit\-out processes** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Good command of **Excel and estimation tools** * Strong analytical and negotiation skills **Eligibility Criteria:** * Must be **locally available in Qatar** * Ready to join **immediately or within short notice** **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work on high\-quality projects * Career growth opportunities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
