Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Foreman to supervise daily workshop activities, coordinate technicians, and ensure efficient, high-quality, and safe vehicle repairs and maintenance. Support the training and development of junior technicians **Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and skilled Foreman to supervise daily workshop activities, coordinate technicians, and ensure vehicle repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support technicians in carrying out repair and maintenance work. * Allocate jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. * Perform basic diagnostics and provide technical guidance when required. * Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. * Coordinate with Service Advisors on job status and additional repair requirements. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment. * Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures. * Assist in preparing daily workshop reports and maintaining service records. * Support the training and development of junior technicians. * Capture and maintain photographic evidence of all spare parts replaced under insurance claims. * Upload and organize photographs in the company system and insurance portals. * Label and document replaced and scrap parts accurately. * Monitor and control scrap parts removed from vehicles during repairs * **Requirements:** * Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience as a Foreman or Senior Automotive Technician. * Good knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures. * Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and team leadership abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
