




We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced **Senior Estimation Engineer** to join our **Tender Department**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and technically sound cost estimates for tender submissions across a variety of construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, market awareness, and coordination with cross\-functional teams to ensure bid success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and analyze tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and BOQs. * Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, infrastructure, or MEP scopes (as applicable). * Conduct quantity take\-offs and material/labor cost assessments. * Coordinate with procurement for vendor/subcontractor pricing and quotations. * Develop cost summaries and final bid pricing based on internal pricing structures and market trends. * Participate in pre\-bid meetings, site visits, and clarifications with clients or consultants. * Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender deadlines, and internal approval processes. * Maintain and update cost databases and historical project records. * Provide value engineering input to optimize project cost without compromising quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and tendering in GCC countries but preferably in Qatar. * Strong technical knowledge in interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender requirements. * Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software * Good understanding of local market rates, construction methods, and pricing trends. * Familiarity with standard contract forms. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication in English.
