Summary: Seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain architectural and structural BIM models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Revit 2. Coordinate BIM models and perform clash detection using Navisworks 3. Ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. * Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details. * Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection using Navisworks. * Generate schedules, quantity take\-offs, and reports from BIM models. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, BEP, LOD requirements, and applicable codes. * Perform model quality checks and support project teams throughout design and construction phases. **Requirements** * Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural and/or Structural BIM Modeling. * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. * Experience with Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection. * Knowledge of BIM workflows, COBie, BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and Common Data Environment(ACC/BIM 360\). * Experience in shop drawing preparation, quantity take\-offs, and construction documentation. * Strong communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Autodesk Revit Certification is an advantage.
