Summary: Supervise and coordinate HVAC/mechanical installations, conduct site inspections, and manage project documentation while ensuring compliance and quality. Highlights: 1. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors * Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project/local specifications. * Supervise and coordinate HVAC/mechanical installation works at site. * Attend site inspections, testing \& commissioning activities, and snag rectification. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams. * Support tender estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost comparison. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, progress invoices, and update project documentation. * Ensure work is carried out in accordance with QA/QC and HSE requirements. * Basic knowledge of Electrical/ELV systems. * Relevant experience in Maintenance \& FM * Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Certificate in Refrigeration systems is a plus * Engineer with UPDA certification is preferred * With valid QID and able to transfer sponsorship Pay: QAR6,500\.00 \- QAR8,500\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Maintenance \& FM: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: * Qatar ID / Residency Permit (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
