Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage invoicing, variations, cost tracking, and commercial documentation within a project team. Highlights: 1. Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation **WE'RE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Immediate Joining)** We are looking for a **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team **immediately**. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and submit invoices in line with project progress * Prepare and follow up on Variation Order (VO) requests * Monitor and track quantity overruns and cost variations * Prepare forecasted quantities and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) * Prepare LC\-related commercial invoice submissions for banks * Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation * Coordinate with project and finance teams on commercial and cost\-related matters Requirements * 2–5 years of experience in construction or contracting companies * Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems * Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes * Strong communication and reporting skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills **Location:** Qatar **Availability:** Immediate joiners are preferred.
