This role is essential in managing project costs and ensuring that all financial aspects of our construction projects are accurately calculated and controlled. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering within the construction industry. * **Skills:** * Strong knowledge of construction cost management and estimating techniques. * Proficient in using cost management software and tools. * Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. * Strong negotiation and communication abilities. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze project cost estimates and budgets. * Monitor project expenditures and track changes in contract terms. * Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality. * Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve cost\-related issues. * Produce detailed reports on project costs, financial forecasts, and variances.
