What You’ll Do: * Supervise and monitor daily on\-site construction activities and project progress. * Ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. * Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project requirements. * Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, safety, and compliance with regulations. * Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management. * Monitor material usage, manpower, and project costs to ensure efficiency. * Identify and resolve technical issues, construction delays, and on\-site concerns. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation to meet deadlines and budgets. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. * Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred. * Proven experience in construction project management or site engineering is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and site operations. * Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools is an advantage. * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities. * Willing to work on\-site in Urdaneta City. Nice to Have: * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. * Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality assurance processes. * Background in cost estimation, scheduling, and project coordination.
