Professional work environment with career growth opportunities Job Overview We are a leading Grade A Contracting Company in Qatar seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for a major Kahramaa Potable Water Transmission Pipeline Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring pipeline installation progress, preparing project reports, and supporting project control activities to ensure timely project delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure, utility, or pipeline projects with knowledge of Primavera P6 and project progress monitoring. Candidates with previous Kahramaa and infrastructure pipeline project experience in Qatar will be given priority. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and update baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6\. * Monitor pipeline installation progress, productivity, and project milestones. * Track project activities against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. * Develop look\-ahead schedules to support construction planning and execution. * Support delay analysis and project controls reporting. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum 3\-6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for infrastructure, pipeline, or utility projects. * Knowledge of Primavera P6 for project planning and schedule management. * Experience in potable water transmission pipelines, ductile iron (DI) pipe laying, or major infrastructure projects is preferred. * Knowledge of project controls, progress measurement, reporting procedures, and schedule monitoring. * Previous experience with Kahramaa projects in Qatar is highly preferred. * Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
