We work closely with communities, educational partners, and humanitarian organizations to deliver programs that improve access to social support, education, and development opportunities. We are looking for a Senior Community Programs Manager who can lead large\-scale community initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and meaningful stakeholder engagement. You will oversee program strategy, manage cross\-functional teams, and support initiatives that directly improve the lives of individuals and communities. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives. **Program Development:** Develop and implement strategies that improve program delivery, operational efficiency, community participation, and long\-term project sustainability. **Operational Planning:** Manage budgets, resource allocation, program schedules, and reporting systems to ensure successful program execution and organizational accountability. **Stakeholder Coordination:** Collaborate with executive leadership, donors, government agencies, and external partners to support organizational goals and community initiatives. **Compliance and Reporting:** Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and operational standards while maintaining accurate program documentation and reporting. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 6\+ years of experience in community development, nonprofit operations, social services management, or program leadership, including at least 1\-2 years in a senior management role. **Leadership Skills:** Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating community initiatives, and maintaining high standards of program delivery and operational performance. **Operational Knowledge:** Deep understanding of program management, stakeholder engagement, community outreach strategies, and nonprofit operational frameworks. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in operational reporting platforms, project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. **Communication Skills:** Excellent English communication skills are required for stakeholder coordination, reporting, and leadership collaboration. Additional language skills are considered an advantage. **Mindset:** You are organized, empathetic, and solution\-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, community impact, and team leadership while supporting sustainable development initiatives.
