Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and client\-focused **Tattoo Studio Coordinator** to manage studio operations, support artists, and ensure smooth client experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily studio operations, including scheduling and client appointments. * Liaise with tattoo artists, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication. * Manage studio inventory, equipment, and hygiene standards. * Oversee client intake, consent forms, and documentation processes. * Support marketing and promotional activities for the studio. * Prepare reports on studio performance and client feedback. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s health, safety, and regulatory standards. * Assist in organizing studio events, exhibitions, and community initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in coordination, studio management, or customer service roles. * Strong knowledge of tattoo industry practices and studio operations. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of booking or studio management software is a plus. * Ability to thrive in creative, client\-focused environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
