Support troubleshooting and ensure compliance with telecom regulations. **Telecom Coordinator** **Soingtel LLC – Doha, Qatar** **Position Overview** Soingtel LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Telecom Coordinator** to support the planning, coordination, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth telecom operations, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and help maintain high\-quality communication infrastructure across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom systems including VoIP, PBX, mobile services, and data networks. * Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and telecom service providers. * Monitor telecom service performance and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of telecom assets, contracts, SIM cards, and service agreements. * Assist in managing telecom budgets, billing verification, and cost optimization. * Support troubleshooting of connectivity and communication issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar telecom regulations. * Coordinate upgrades, expansions, and migrations of telecom infrastructure. * Prepare reports on telecom usage, performance, and service efficiency. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in telecom coordination, network support, or IT infrastructure roles. * Familiarity with telecom systems such as PBX, SIP, VoIP, and mobile network services. * Strong understanding of network fundamentals and service provider operations. * Experience working with telecom vendors and service contracts. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong organizational and coordination skills * Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proficiency in MS Office and basic network monitoring tools **Preferred Attributes** * Experience working in GCC countries, especially Qatar * Knowledge of local telecom providers and regulatory environment * Ability to work in fast\-paced, multicultural environments Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
