The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through technical knowledge and effective communication. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage sales for structural and infrastructure products. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors. * Provide technical presentations, quotations, and support to clients. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals. * Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends. * Prepare reports and maintain records of sales activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. * 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or business development (preferably in construction/infrastructure). * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
