





**Job Summary:** Responsible for managing front office operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, coordinating communication, assisting management with administrative support, and ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients, guests, and employees. **Key Responsibilities:** **Reception \& Front Desk Duties** * Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally. * Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately. * Manage front desk cleanliness and ensure a pleasant atmosphere. * Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. **Customer Service** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in\-person courteously and efficiently. * Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client issues. * Maintain customer feedback records and assist in service improvement. * Support the sales and operations team in client coordination when required. **Secretarial \& Administrative Support** * Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. * Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. * Maintain filing systems, office records, and databases. * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Coordinate with HR and other departments for administrative tasks. **Office Coordination** * Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock. * Ensure smooth communication between departments. * Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and visits. * Support in documentation and report compilation as assigned.
