The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination of shipments, transportation, inventory tracking, and communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth and timely delivery services. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor end\-to\-end logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments * Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on\-time performance * Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to resolve delivery or shipment issues * Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, manifests, and reports * Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations * Track inventory movement and update logistics databases in real time * Assist in route planning and optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Handle customs documentation and clearance coordination when required * Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding shipment status * Support warehouse and operations teams as needed **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination (preferred) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving ability **Preferred Skills** * Experience in last\-mile delivery or express logistics * Familiarity with Qatar logistics regulations and customs procedures * Knowledge of route optimization tools or ERP systems **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Growth opportunities within a fast\-growing logistics company * Supportive and dynamic work environment الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
