Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills We are seeking a **Frontline Sales Representative** with strong multilingual skills to engage with international clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in **English and Arabic (compulsory)**, with additional proficiency in **French, Mandarin, or German preferred**. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand in the tourism and hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities * **Customer Engagement** * Welcome and assist international clients in multiple languages. * Provide detailed information on tourism services, packages, and promotions. * Handle inquiries, bookings, and sales transactions efficiently. * **Sales \& Promotion** * Actively promote tourism products and services to maximize revenue. * Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion. * Upsell and cross\-sell services to enhance customer experience. * **Multilingual Communication** * Deliver seamless service in English and Arabic. * Utilize additional language skills (French, Mandarin, German) to support diverse clientele. * Translate and interpret customer needs accurately. * **Operational Support** * Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. * Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies. * Ensure compliance with company policies and tourism regulations. Qualifications \& Skills * Fluency in **English and Arabic** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **French, Mandarin, or German** (preferred). * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Knowledge of tourism products, services, and industry trends.
