





Key Responsibilities: * Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising strategies. * Ensure high standards of customer service and address complaints. * Oversee daily branch operations, including cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising. * Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product organization. * Handle cash management and daily financial transactions. * Maintain accurate inventory and administrative records. * Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees. * Assign duties and create work schedules for staff. Requirements: * 2–5 years of sales experience in the restaurant and bakery field. * Valid Residents Permit. * Excellent customer service and communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, including staff, inventory, and operations. * Preferred for Arabic nationality Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month
