Operate and monitor ice cream-making equipment **Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Ice Cream Preparation Assistant to prepare high\-quality ice cream products while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will assist in mixing ingredients, operating equipment, monitoring production quality, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities * Prepare ice cream mixtures according to approved recipes and production schedules. * Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure product consistency. * Operate and monitor ice cream\-making equipment, mixers, pasteurizers, and freezers. * Add flavors, inclusions, toppings, and other ingredients as required. * Monitor product quality, texture, taste, and appearance throughout the production process. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and utensils. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times. * Store ingredients and finished products properly to maintain freshness and quality. * Record production data, inventory usage, and quality control checks. * Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution or display. * Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors. * Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
