The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct client interaction. This is a commission\-based position, ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales skills and driven by performance\-based earnings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking. * Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about offerings. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with new and existing clients. * Achieve agreed\-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. * Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. * Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences. * Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field/outdoor sales (FMCG, real estate, telecom, or similar sectors preferred). * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self\-motivated and target\-oriented. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
