The ***Maintenance Engineer*** must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy. * Ensure maximum utilization of manpower * Daily job scheduling and monitoring * Plan for Shift schedules and inform concern departments * Monitor and plan consumable spares * Monitor and control manpower utilization * Monitor and ensure the break downs are attended / completed * Raise Purchase Requests and follow up * Attend technical problems and guide the team * Ensure discipline and adherence to ISO, HSE procedures * Monitor HSE – address and close the HSE observation points and further improvement * Monitor the skill level of the team members and raise the training needs * Monitor executions of services as Annual Maintenance Contracts, wherever applicable * Check and improve the skill level by continuous monitoring and guidance In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager. **Note: Employee to be trained in Abu Dhabi for a few months before deploying to Qatar** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR7,000\.00 \- QAR9,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which country are you from? * Are you willing to train in Abu Dhabi for a few months?
