F&B Team Leader

Summary: Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations, lead team members, ensure compliance, monitor quality, and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment. Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily F\&B outlets' operations. * Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational and service excellence. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards. * Monitor product quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes. * Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. * Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product quality. * Minimize wastage and control food and beverage costs. * Prepare operational reports and support management with business objectives. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), café, or similar F\&B environment. * Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management. * Experience dealing with suppliers and procurement processes. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and under pressure. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an advantage. * Willing to work on shifting schedules and can start ASAP with a valid QID \& Food Handling Certificate Application Question(s): * This is an urgent role for us to fill.
