Summary: Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician proficient in maintaining various HVAC systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults. Work within ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 / OHSAS standards **HVAC Technician** **QUALIFICATION \& EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 5 years hands\-on experience in HVAC maintenance * ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning (RAC), or Mechanical Engineering — 3\-year course minimum * Experience in MEP / Facility Management environment preferred * Proficient in English — reading and writing required **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Systems to Maintain:** * Air\-cooled chillers * Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) * VRF / VRV / ACCU / DX systems * Split AC and Window AC units * Portable chillers and dehumidifiers * Exhaust / supply fans * Chilled water networks, valves, and pumps * HVAC duct systems and accessories **Tasks:** * Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance as per PPM schedule * Perform equipment readings and maintain logs and SAP job cards * Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems * Conduct pressure and vacuum testing * Handle refrigerant safely — recovery, recharge, leak testing * Respond to emergency breakdowns within 3 hours of notification * Follow LOTO procedures and all HSSE requirements on site * Participate in daily Toolbox Talks and pre\-shift safety meetings **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * **Valid First Aid Certificate** * **Valid Emergency Response Certificate** * **Valid Passport — minimum 2 years remaining validity** * **Must be available for client interview and practical trade test** * **Must be available to join immediately upon visa processing** **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Working Hours: 10 hours/day (normal) \| 8 hours/day (Ramadan) * Overtime: Available on working days, Fridays, and public holidays at fixed OT rate * Availability: 24 x 7 on\-call rotation required * All work carried out under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 / OHSAS standards Send the following documents to be considered for shortlisting: * Updated CV with recent photograph * Passport copy (front and back pages) * Educational qualification certificates (ITI / Diploma) * Experience / relieving letters from all previous employers * First Aid Certificate * Emergency Response Certificate **HOW TO APPLY** * Send the following documents to be considered for shortlisting: * **Updated CV with recent photograph** * Passport copy (front and back pages) * **Educational qualification certificates (ITI / Diploma)** * Experience / relieving letters from all previous employers * **First Aid Certificate** * Emergency Response Certificate Pay: QAR2,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Visa Type: Freelance or Company * Do you have ITI/ Diploma / Trade certificate * Salary for this position is 2500\+FAT Work Location: In person
