





We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented **HR Generalist** to join our growing team and support the implementation of our people and governance agenda across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with the **HR Manager** to ensure that HR operations run efficiently and align with the Group’s commitment to a high\-performing, people\-centered culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. * Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, support job evaluations, and assist with organizational structure reviews. * Manage HR documentation, systems, and reporting to ensure compliance and data integrity. * Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices. * Provide day\-to\-day operational HR support to employees and managers. * Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination in liaison with the Finance team. * Support employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and training \& development activities. * Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution as per company policies. * Coordinate performance appraisals and maintain updated employee records. * Ensure HR activities comply with labour laws and internal standards. **Qualifications \& Experience** · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. · 5–8 years of broad HR generalist experience, covering all key HR functions. · Strong understanding of HR principles, Qatar Labour Law, and performance management frameworks. · Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. · Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and report preparation. · High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal maturity.
