





We are hiring a **PRO cum Personal Assistant** to handle both **government relations** and **administrative coordination** for our company. **Requirements:** * Must be **willing to drive** or **obtain a Qatar driving license**. * Experience in **PRO, administrative, or coordination roles** preferred. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle all **PRO duties** such as visa applications, QID renewals, medical and fingerprint scheduling, and follow\-ups with ministries. * Prepare, renew, and manage all **company legal documents** (CR, Computer Card, Trade License, etc.). * Coordinate **MOCI approvals** for promotions, pricing, and terms. * Manage **appointments, schedules, and correspondence** for management. * Communicate with government offices, suppliers, and other departments.
