





* Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees. * Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and other inputs for payroll accuracy. * Ensure all salary adjustments, benefits, and deductions are correctly recorded. * Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement. * Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HR/payroll system. * Ensure payroll processing complies with Qatar Labour Law and company policies. * Prepare monthly and ad hoc payroll reports for management. * Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in HR or payroll functions, preferably in Qatar. * Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and payroll procedures. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and HR/payroll software. * Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. **Working Conditions:** * Full\-time position based in the HR Department. * May require occasional extended hours during payroll cycles or audits.
