





We are looking for IT Support Engineer for Qatar location Contract Duration: 30 days If anyone available for 30days contract , please share your profile. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for both infrastructure and applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware\-related issues. * Identify and diagnose application\-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime. * Coordinate with networking and hardware teams to resolve cross\-functional issues. * Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures. * Support end\-users with technical queries and escalations. * Ensure system uptime and performance as per agreed SLAs. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 6–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and application support. * Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting. * Hands\-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. * Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve application\-related issues. * Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross\-functional teams. * Strong problem\-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. **Preferred Skills** * Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent will be an advantage. * Prior experience in a client\-facing or resident engineer role. * Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
