Career development opportunities Job Summary We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dynamic Nursery Manager to oversee curriculum coordination, admissions, parent relations, staff support, and daily nursery operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of early childhood education environments. Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions \& Parent Relations * Manage and guide parents through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment. * Maintain student records and ensure compliance with Ministry of Education and nursery regulations. * Build strong relationships with parents and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism. * Conduct nursery tours and provide accurate information about programs and policies. Marketing \& Communication * Support marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional activities. * Represent the nursery at community events and open days. * Coordinate updates on the nursery website and social media platforms. * Assist in enhancing the nursery’s public image and community engagement. Curriculum \& Academic Support * Support teachers in implementing age\-appropriate curriculum activities. * Monitor classroom practices to ensure quality learning standards. * Assist in planning educational events, celebrations, and learning activities. * Promote a positive, engaging, and child\-centered learning environment. Safety \& Staff Coordination * Ensure child safety protocols are followed at all times. * Conduct regular safety checks and support staff in maintaining compliance standards. * Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and communication among teaching and support staff. * Support management in maintaining smooth daily nursery operations. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Previous experience in a nursery, school, or educational setting preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \- English and Arabic * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Knowledge of child safety and nursery compliance regulations is an advantage. * Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
