Engage with the professional community for development The appointee will be expected to carry out the following activities, among others: 1\. Deliver high\-quality, innovative, student\-centered teaching in both foundational and advanced courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 2\. Contribute to conducting high quality research and developing research capacity within the Department. 3\. Contribute to the stakeholder engagement within the professional community in support of teaching, research and professional development. 4\. Contribute to various committees at the program, College, and University levels 5\. Serve as student advisor. 6\. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department Qualifications Essential qualification and experience 1\. Be a qualified physiotherapist eligible for registration to practice in her/his country and a member of his/her professional organization. 2\. A PhD degree in a relevant specialization to the vacant position from a reputable university. 3\. Completed the PhD degree following a full\-time system 4\. Demonstrates evidence of experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of physiotherapy entry to practice education program(s) and courses 5\. Show evidence of a track record of research activity and outputs including grants and peer\-reviewed publications relevant to the rank applying for. 6\. Demonstrate excellent written \& oral communication and interpersonal skills. 7\. Hold/held the same academic rank applying for Desirable skills and experience 1\. Experience of curriculum development at postgraduate program level. 2\. Arabic speaker. 3\. Have 3 or more years clinical experience 4\. Experience in clinical/practice education development and delivery. 5\. Experience in supervising graduate \[Master’s and PhD] students. 6\. Evidence of leadership in the professional community. 7\. International teaching experience including working in culturally diverse environments. 8\. Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, biomechanics, or in areas such as technology, artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and related innovations in physiotherapy. Copy of highest earned credential (transcript of PhD degree or equivalent if graduated from an institution where coursework was completed.
