You will lead a team of analysts to build robust data pipelines and executive\-level dashboards that provide real\-time clarity in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * **BI Strategy \& Roadmap:** Own the end\-to\-end BI lifecycle, from data ingestion and warehousing to front\-end visualization and insight delivery. * **Team Leadership:** Mentor and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high standards of data integrity, visualization aesthetics, and analytical rigor. * **Executive Dashboards:** Design and maintain sophisticated Power BI or Tableau dashboards for the C\-suite, translating KPIs into clear, actionable visual stories. * **Predictive Insights:** Move beyond descriptive analytics to implement diagnostic and predictive models that identify market trends and operational risks. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Finance, Operations, and Marketing to align data initiatives with the company’s strategic goals. * **Data Governance:** Establish and enforce data quality standards and documentation protocols across the organization. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics. * **Experience:** 8\+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. * **Technical Mastery:** Expert proficiency in **SQL** and advanced experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
