Key Responsibilities **Enterprise Architecture Strategy:** Develop technology roadmaps that align long\-term business objectives with scalable, secure, and cost\-effective enterprise solutions. **Solution Design:** Lead architecture design sessions for complex business initiatives, ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and regulatory requirements. **Technology Governance:** Establish architecture standards, best practices, design principles, and technical governance across enterprise platforms. **Cloud Transformation:** Design and oversee cloud adoption strategies, hybrid infrastructure solutions, and application modernization initiatives. **Cross Functional Collaboration:** Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, product, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated enterprise solutions. **Technical Leadership:** Mentor solution architects and senior engineers while providing architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles. **Innovation Management:** Evaluate emerging technologies, recommend strategic investments, and continuously improve enterprise architecture capabilities through research and proof\-of\-concept initiatives. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT consulting, including at least 3 years leading enterprise\-scale technology initiatives. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. A master's degree is considered an advantage. **Technical Expertise:** Extensive experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, systems integration, microservices architecture, API management, infrastructure modernization, and security best practices. **Technology Skills:** Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, enterprise integration platforms, and architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate or TOGAF. **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, lead cross\-functional technical teams, manage multiple architecture programs, and translate complex technical concepts into business value. **Communication:** Excellent English communication and presentation skills are required. Experience presenting architecture strategies to executive leadership is highly preferred.
