HOPE Qatar is dedicated to offering the highest quality of services to its clients, ensuring impactful results in the lives of the children and youth under its care. **Role Description** The Occupational Intervention Specialist will support students in developing essential daily living, motor, sensory, and social skills to enhance their independence and participation. This role involves conducting assessments, creating therapy programs tailored to individual needs, and working closely with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into daily routines. **Qualifications** * Master’s Degree in **Occupational Therapy** or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** working with persons with disabilities in educational or rehabilitation contexts. * Fluency in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written). * Deep clinical knowledge in **fine motor skills, sensory integration, adaptive skills, and functional independence training**. * Ability to design and implement **individualized occupational therapy programs**. * Strong documentation and progress\-monitoring skills. * Ability to train staff and families on strategies for skill development and independence.
