




Summary: This role involves comprehensive support for welding equipment business, including repairs, warranty claims, inventory management, client training, and technical recommendations. Highlights: 1. Manage welding equipment repairs, warranty claims, and inventory. 2. Provide technical support, demos, and training for welding clients. 3. Hands-on experience in welding service and sales with leading brands. 1\) Handling all repairs and warranty claims from Al Ahed service centre, Manage the claims and reports to Welding company. 2\) Maintaining spare, repairs inventory and support on rental business for welding /related units 3\) Support team on Welding Equipment business, DEMO at SITE and training to fabrication clients. Recommendation of welding ACCS and consumable to clients. 4\) Hands\-On experience in service \& sales related to Welding Business, Knowledge and work experience with reputed Welding OEM Brands like ESAB/Miller/ Lincoln / Bohler etc. 5\) Work close with Showroom division, manage responses on service/spare offers related to welding Equipment business 6\) Application and technical exposure to Welding selection based on work material. 7\) Demo Experience on Welding units to carry out at End user designated areas. 8\) Reviewing and approving quotes, follow up on quotations. 9\) Hands\-On Training knowledge on Welding units, Trouble shooting methods. 10\) Follow up on ready orders, coordinating with End client and internal team. 11\) Negotiation with any sub suppliers or vendors related to any project/ product sales. 12\) Report preparation for all welding business inventory, spares and ordering thru sales Manager approval.
