A renowned luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a proactive and experienced **Food \& Beverage Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional service standards. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences in line with luxury brand expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure an elevated guest experience through courteous, prompt, and professional service delivery. * Uphold a clean, safe, and compliant working environment in line with hotel and regulatory standards. * Lead and motivate the F\&B team, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous skill development. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service flow. * Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency. * Enforce compliance with brand standards, hygiene procedures, and safety guidelines. * Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Support in planning and executing events, themed promotions, and seasonal dining experiences. * Track key performance indicators including labor efficiency, sales objectives, and cost control. * Prepare accurate reports and assist management with operational planning. **Qualifications, Experience \& Skills** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum 3–5 years of F\&B or restaurant experience within a five\-star or luxury hotel setting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. * Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire teams. * Strong guest service orientation and excellent communication skills. * Detail\-oriented with a commitment to maintaining top\-quality standards. * Skilled in multitasking and time management under pressure. * Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Experience in cost management, scheduling, and inventory systems. * Positive, solution\-driven approach to daily challenges. * Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic or Russian is an asset. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Complimentary food, accommodation, and transportation provided by the employer Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR3,500\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer\-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * F\&B Supervisor in luxury hotels: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Location: * Doha (Preferred)
