Description

We are looking for a high\-energy Business Development Executive to drive growth by building ( arabic speakers) relationships, prospecting, and closing clients across key industries in Qatar such as hospitality, F\&B;, retail, corporate, and real estate. Responsibilities \- Identify and qualify high\-potential clients in Qatar \- Daily outbound prospecting (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, email) \- Conduct strategic field visits to key business areas \& decision\-makers (hotels, restaurants, clinics, business towers, malls) \- Present company services, gather requirements, and book meetings \- Manage sales pipeline \& follow\-ups in CRM \- Prepare proposals with internal team \- Attend business networking events and industry forums \- Build relationships with decision\-makers: GMs, owners, marketing directors \- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Profile Requirements \- 2\+ years sales or business development experience in Qatar \- Existing network in business/hospitality market preferred \- Strong communication \& relationship\-building skills \- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus \- Professional, confident, and target\-driven \- Qatar driving license preferred Traits \- Hunter mentality \- Self\-managed and disciplined \- Strong negotiation and closing skill Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
