




We are hiring Client service representative * Respond to HR\-related inquiries from employees, management, and external partners, providing timely \& accurate guidance * Resolve HR\-related issues and escalate complex matters to supervisor, ensuring seamless resolution * Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders * Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, benefits enrollment \& medical insurance claims * Process payroll entries, leave corrections, and other related entries in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy \& compliance * Manage benefits administration, including additions, deletions, and invoices for admin staff * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity \& security * Perform data entry, transactional procedures, and entries in the HRIS system, adhering to established protocols * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Employee * Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits, salary advances, and necessary documentation * Process employee offboarding, including final settlements, clearance documents, and exit interviews * Provide certificate of employment (experience letter) to employees after completion of clearance and verification Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR6,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Rewards executive/officer: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * QID (Required)
