We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior HR \& Admin Executive** to manage and enhance our human resources and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: HR Executive Prepare payroll and maintain daily attendance records, taking necessary actions against habitual absentees in consultation with the Manager. Manage timely renewals of QID, passport, health card, WCP, and pay cards for employees, including new issuances for onboarded staff. Prepare and issue offer letters. Create and maintain employee personal files. Conduct fresher induction and orientation. Handle grievance redressal and maintain records. Key Responsibilities: Admin Executive Source, screen, and deploy locally available manpower, either directly on our payroll or through suppliers. Document selected workers as per client requirements, including QID, passport, photo, computer card, DVC, NOV, CV, experience certificate, and third\-party trade certificate. Identify new suppliers and arrange proposals to meet the operation team's needs. Verify invoices and issue suppliers' timesheets in collaboration with the operation team. Issue offer letters for locally sourced resources in coordination with the HR and operation teams. Maintain vehicle handover forms and ensure timely renewal of vehicle estimates/insurance in collaboration with the admin manager. Monitor fuel consumption of vehicles and manage drivers' log sheets. Prepare and verify employees \& drivers' timesheets. Conduct MR verification and material purchases as per company policy. Prepare and deduct PPE excess consumption according to policy. Requirements Proficiency in MS Office, especially mail merging, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Age limit: 25\-35 years. Bilingual: Hindi and English proficiency. Other Requirements: * Willingness to transfer sponsorship to the company. * Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR \& Administration roles, preferably within the construction industry. Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR3,900\.00 per month
