Provide guests with information about available recreational facilities such as pools, beaches, entertainment zones/game rooms, fitness centers, and children's activity centers. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreational activities. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests. Promote resort rules and regulations for guest safety and well-being, observe member activities within recreational facilities, and respond appropriately to emergency situations according to local operating procedures. Provide cashier services in facilities where Point-of-Sale transactions are conducted. Assist in hosting group activities, events, and private functions within recreational facilities. Identify situations where guests cannot safely participate in activities and report to supervisors/managers. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management, and complete safety training and certifications. Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain uniform and personal appearance professionally, protect confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets. Process payments for rental equipment, recreational activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
