Role Overview The **Practice Manager** will be responsible for managing veterinary clinic operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to balance administrative efficiency with compassionate client service. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of the veterinary practice, including scheduling and client services. * Supervise administrative and clinical support staff, ensuring high performance. * Manage patient records, billing, and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate with veterinarians to ensure smooth workflows and client satisfaction. * Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships. * Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. * Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. * Prepare reports and updates for senior management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in clinic or practice management, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality standards. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
