Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams **Job Summary:** Responsible for supervising lubricant filling, packaging, labeling, and palletizing operations while ensuring production targets, quality requirements, and HSE standards are met. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise lubricant filling and packaging operations. * Ensure correct product grades, containers, labels, caps, and batch codes are used. * Monitor filling accuracy and minimize product loss or contamination. * Assign duties and supervise filling\-line operators and helpers. * Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams. * Ensure filling machines are properly operated and production downtime is minimized. * Maintain production, material\-consumption, and shift records. * Enforce HSE, housekeeping, and quality\-control procedures. **Requirements:** * Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a lubricant or oil\-filling plant. * Good knowledge of filling, packaging, labeling, and batch\-control processes. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Willing to work shifts.
