Conduct asset condition assessments and criticality analysis. 3. 20+ years' experience in asset management within utilities/infrastructure. **About the Role** ------------------ We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Advisor to support the strategic management of critical infrastructure assets within a major utilities environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in developing and implementing asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with international best practice. * Lead lifecycle planning and asset performance improvement initiatives. * Conduct asset condition assessments and criticality analysis. * Support investment planning and long\-term asset sustainability. * Develop KPIs and asset performance reporting. * Work closely with engineering and operational teams to optimise asset reliability. * Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. * Professional accreditation (IAM, Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred). * 20\+ years' experience in asset management within utilities or infrastructure. * Strong understanding of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles. * Experience within water, wastewater or public infrastructure is highly desirable. * Previous GCC experience is advantageous.
