Source and attract qualified candidates through online job portals. **Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail\-oriented **Admin Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources and administration, with a solid understanding of HR policies, recruitment processes, and office operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the company's social media recruitment platforms and sourcing a high volume of qualified candidates through various online channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in daily administrative and operational activities. * Support HR functions, including recruitment, on\-boarding, and employee records management. * Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures. * Manage and monitor the company's social media recruitment accounts. * Source and attract qualified candidates through online job portals and social media platforms. * Build and maintain a strong database of candidate CVs. * Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants. * Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and administrative support. * Good knowledge of HR policies and recruitment procedures. * Experience in managing social media platforms for recruitment purposes. * Ability to source and attract bulk CVs using various recruitment channels. * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. **Benefits:** * *Salary (4,000 \- 5,000 QAR)* **How to Apply:** Interested candidates with relevant experience are invited to submit their CV and cover letter.
