Summary: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee maintenance, installation, and repair activities, leading teams and ensuring quality standards. Highlights: 1. Supervise HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair activities. 2. Lead and coordinate technicians at various project sites. 3. Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical solutions. We are looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to supervise maintenance teams and site operations efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair activities. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works. * Lead and coordinate technicians at various project sites. * Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards. * Prepare maintenance reports and service records. * Coordinate with clients and management regarding work progress. * Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide technical solutions. * Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Supervisor. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, and ventilation systems. * Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory). * Good communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
