Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff Job Summary Estudio Picallo is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Structural Engineer to lead structural design and engineering coordination across a range of architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead structural engineering design and analysis for commercial, residential, and mixed\-use projects * Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams throughout all project phases * Review structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation * Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff * Support project planning, budgeting, and construction coordination Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * Proven experience in structural engineering and project leadership * Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively * Experience working in Qatar or GCC projects is preferred الراتب المدفوع: QAR٤٢٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
