As part of our expansion, we are seeking a detail\-oriented **Operations Analyst** to support our operational efficiency and strategic growth. Role Overview The **Operations Analyst** will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data\-driven insights to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies. * Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision\-making. * Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to streamline processes. * Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance productivity. * Support project planning and execution with data\-driven insights. * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations. * Assist in implementing new systems and operational strategies. * Provide recommendations for cost savings and resource optimization. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or related roles. * Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar). * Knowledge of ERP systems and operational reporting software. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
