Conduct HSE training and maintain strong communication with authorities We are Hiring HSE Officer Required Qatar resin is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Health, Safety \& Environment (HSE) Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate must be capable of implementing the highest standards of occupational health, safety, and environmental protection, while ensuring full compliance with the regulatory requirements in the State of Qatar. ⸻ Key requirements and Responsibilities:: **Minimum 5 \- 7 years of practical experience in Health, Safety, and Environment within chemical process industries like resin industries or pharma industries.** **Advanced knowledge of chemical materials and resins, including associated hazards and safe handling procedures.** **Experience with Qatar Energy (QE) requirements, including:** **Approved HSE systems and procedures.** **Permit and approval requirements.** **Audit and inspection processes.** **Knowledge of local Qatari laws and regulations related to Health, Safety, and Environment.** **Risk Assessments in accordance with NFPA and required standards.** **Emergency response and contingency plans.** **Incident and accident investigation reports and implementing corrective and preventive actions.** **Ability to conduct HSE awareness, training and mockup programs to enhance safety culture among employees.** **Strong communication and coordination skills with government authorities, consultants, and clients.** **Coordinating with relevant authorities to obtain all required permits and approvals.** **Conducting regular site inspections and identifying potential hazards.** **Preparing periodic HSE performance reports and submitting them to senior management.** **Participating in internal and external audits.** **Supporting management in improving environmental performance and reducing industrial risks.** **Proficiency in computer applications and preparation of technical reports.** **Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage.** **Education Qualifications:** **Bachelor/Master in chemistry or Engineering graduate in Chemical, petrochemical or polymer technology** **NEBOSH (IGC – International General Certificate) or IOSH (Managing Safely) certification is mandatory.** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * process industries: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
