The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse coordination, and timely reporting to support smooth business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations * Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies * Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update inventory systems accordingly * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure stock availability * Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, or overstocking * Prepare inventory reports, including stock levels, shortages, and usage trends * Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales and operational data * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in storage areas * Support audits and inventory inspections as required **Requirements:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field * Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes * Problem\-solving mindset with strong analytical skills **Location:** Al Rayyan **Company:** Stocklider LLC نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
