Role Overview The **Risk Analyst** will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring financial and operational risks. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of risk management frameworks, and the ability to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision\-making. Key Responsibilities * Conduct risk assessments across financial, operational, and compliance areas. * Analyze market trends, credit exposures, and investment risks. * Develop risk models and reporting tools to monitor key indicators. * Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure risk mitigation strategies. * Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management. * Ensure compliance with Qatari financial regulations and company policies. * Support audits and regulatory reviews with accurate documentation. * Contribute to the development of risk management policies and procedures. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in risk analysis or financial services. * Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and financial regulations. * Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and risk analysis tools. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
