Promote and maintain a strong safety culture Job description: ACTS, Qatar is currently looking to hire a Temporary safety officer with the following qualifications and experience; * Enforce compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all offshore activities. * Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. * Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular HSE training for all site personnel. * Investigate accidents, incidents, and near\-misses; prepare reports with root cause analysis and recommendations. * Ensure availability, proper use, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of onshore emergency response and evacuation plans. * Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through continuous awareness campaigns and initiatives. * Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and authorities regarding safety compliance and audits. * Maintain up\-to\-date documentation on safety inspections, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records. Requirements; * NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent is mandatory. * Must have 3–5 years of experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in offshore oil \& gas projects. * Must have experience and approval for Mesaieed Industrial City.
