Recruitment \& Onboarding** * Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media * Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers * Support onboarding activities (documentation, orientation sessions) * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers **2\. Employee Records \& HR Administration** * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases * Handle documentation such as contracts, letters, and employee files * Ensure confidentiality of employee information **3\. Employee Engagement** * Support employee engagement initiatives and events * Assist in organizing training sessions and internal activities * Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries **4\.Compliance \& Policies** * Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws * Assist in audits and compliance documentation * Help communicate HR policies and updates to employees **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles * Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Good organizational and multitasking abilities **Preferred Skills** * Experience with HR software (e.g., HRMS tools) * Understanding of recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukrigulf) Work Location: In person
