* Job Responsibilities:
* Contracts and Agreements Management:
* Prepare, review, and interpret main contracts and subcontract agreements in accordance with project contractual terms.
* Analyze contractual clauses, identify potential risks, and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
* Prepare, manage, and follow up on claims, variation orders, and contractual correspondences.
* Project Scheduling and Planning:
* Develop and update detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
* Monitor progress, evaluate delays, and prepare recovery and mitigation plans.
* Prepare periodic progress reports to compare actual progress against the planned schedule.
* Subcontractors Management:
* Identify and evaluate qualified subcontractors and review their technical and financial proposals.
* Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
* Prepare, review, and validate subcontractors’ payments and work progress statements.
* Technical Coordination and Documentation:
* Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and bills of quantities (BOQ).
* Ensure alignment between design documents, project specifications, and site execution.
* Coordinate with procurement, design, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
* Reporting and Follow\-Up:
* Prepare regular technical and administrative reports for senior management.
* Attend progress and technical coordination meetings with consultants and clients.
* Maintain organized documentation and ensure traceability of project records.

* Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management (or equivalent).
* MMUP/UPDA certified (Grade A or B) \>\>\>\> Mandatory.
* Arab Nationality
* 10\-12 years of professional experience in construction contracting companies.
* Strong background in contracts management, subcontractors coordination, and project claims.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling and planning.
* Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Solid ability to prepare professional reports and official correspondence.
* Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
